MOON e MOON Open: inclusive design.
The revolutionary cocktail station dedicated to the world of professional bartending was unveiled during an exclusive event at the CIAM showroom in Milan.
An evening dedicated to the most futuristic innovation that redefines the concept of a professional cocktail station took place on November 28th at the CIAM showroom on Via Pastrengo, featuring the creators of the new 4Mixology /Moon project.
The event, organized in collaboration with Cantine Goretti, Pila (PG), was an opportunity to present to the specialized press two absolute novelties from CIAM: Moon and Moon Open. These are two different versions of an innovative product conceived by the famous Italian bartender, now head of his Academy, Bruno Vanzan, in collaboration with designer Fabiano Zucconi.
Accompanying the presentation of the new workstation was bartender Alessandro Vitiello, a colleague and friend of Bruno Vanzan, who highlighted the issue of architectural barriers in the world of professional bartending. In its Open version, Moon represents the first cocktail station specifically designed for wheelchair accessibility, allowing all bartenders to perform their job professionally and independently.
A new approach to work and a breakthrough in boundaries redefine the standards of high mixology, thanks to a futuristic professional station where technology, design, and research converge to create an excellence of Made in Italy and a product that opens up a flexible and inclusive way of working.
A special thanks to everyone who made this new step towards the future possible, and to the journalists who accepted CIAM’s invitation.
