CIAM’s evolution on I AM 9

An issue dedicated to the future, to evolution, to the new possibilities that open up when limits are broken down, I AM 9 brings together the indomitable spirit of CIAM.

CIAM’s house organ, I AM, reaches its ninth edition, and its ever-vigilant eye, capable of observing the depth of technology, art and culture of our time, gathers in this issue the stimuli of an unstoppable evolution.

A change told by a concept, Pure Evolution, first unveiled at Host 2023, that sums up CIAM’s vision in recent years of experimentation and major revolutions: a powerful but essential evolution in design, expanding the possibilities for interaction and radically increasing the capabilities of refrigeration systems.

Among the biggest updates introduced by CIAM is certainly the radical transformation of its verticals, including the Murozero family. Recently evolved and enriched, the Murozero series now sees the addition of unprecedented technical, functional and aesthetic updates, which are explored in depth in I AM 9 with a dedicated article and in the case study of the Murozero Slide application within an exclusive project: Caramel Bakery. Curated by Atelier Aziz Alqatami, the project interprets the space as a white oasis in the heart of the capital city of Kuwait, and in its iconic entrance that plays with alternations between vertical cabinets and horizontal worktops meets Murozero Slide, the CIAM product that made Caramel Bakery fall in love.

This edition of the CIAM magazine also collects a special interview with one of the Pastry Chefs who define Italian excellence in the world, Anna Gerasi, the Master of Art who has always invested in evolution and won the title of World Chocolate Master in 2022.
