With bartender of excellence Bruno Vanzan opens the door to a new CIAM world to be discovered during the upcoming Sigep 2024.
From January 20 to 24, the event that brings the biggest players in the dessert and ice cream industry to Rimini will turn the spotlight on CIAM. In fact, the brand of innovation and the most revolutionary refrigeration systems has prepared a series of unmissable surprises that will unveil a preview of future projects and new ways forward. First of all, the collaboration with one of the world’s greatest talents when it comes to cocktails: bartender Bruno Vanzan.
Vanzan is the protagonist of a journey that in his 15-year career has taken him to every continent, guesting on various shows and of course behind the counters of international excellences, and that has earned him awards all over the world, including Bartender of the Year in 2016, Best Alcoholic Product with IOVEM in 2019, Excellence of Italy Award, Bacardi and Martini World Champion in 2008, WFA (World Flair Association) Vice World Champion in 2015.
On January 21, Bruno Vanzan will be hosted at the CIAM booth at Sigep 2024 for an exclusive talk in which we will explore together the fundamental role of temperature control in creating the perfect cocktail, a common theme between cutting-edge mixing and CIAM’s innovative cold technology. An important starting point for CIAM’s collaborative journey with one of the biggest international names in the beverage world.
