CIAM is investing in its human resources with new recruitments.
Ever since it was founded in 1977, making the most of the human contribution and the professional paths has been a challenge for CIAM that it has never ceased to focus on.
Today, the company is once again confirming its desire to invest in the future: in response to the difficult period that industries and workers have been through, CIAM is embarking on a major recruitment plan that will see the employment of 17 people in the various sectors of its production chain. Young people, most of them under 27, who can broaden the horizons of their work prospects and become a fundamental part of the company.
The recruitment plan is part of the wide-ranging and far-sighted project to internalise production processes and professional figures capable of adding ever more quality to CIAM’s excellence.
