Plug-in refrigerated display cases to be recessed into the top. Drop-In pastry display cabinets EN60x40 have arrangement for 60x40 pastry trays. Interiors are customizable in a variety of finishes (powder-coated steel, gres, acrylics, HPL). The models with glass gantry have all hot glass with NoFog anti-condensation system (Ciam patent) and can have intermediate shelves adjustable in height on an electrified rack. Access to the refrigerated compartment is closed by PETG sliding doors with perimeter seals. The hardware is common to all the display cabinets and all the details have been designed and realized with steel micro-fusion moulds.
